CC: for English subtitles HD: turn HD quality on/off In Neidlingen, a small town below the ruins of the Reussenstein castle on the northern edge of the Swabian Alb biosphere reserve, the only German marble maker has his manufactury. Stefan Metzler learned the craft of milling marbles from old marble makers in Germany and Austria more than 20 years ago. Many years later he refined the process and built up the marble mill and the manufactury in and next to the small river „Seebach“ in Neidlingen. The manufactory of the marble mill in Neidlingen is open for visitors on Sundays and public holidays (except for the last Sunday of each month) from 11 am to 5 pm. |
